• Appointments scheduled to meet your requirements.
  
  
• Written reports delivered to you within 7 days after the examination.
  
  
• Confirmation letters notifying all involved parties of the date, time and location of the scheduled medical evaluation. (This includes the examinee, attorney, requestor and physician.)
  
  
• Confirming telephone calls made by our staff to the examinee and/or their representative confirming the date, time and location of the scheduled medical evaluation.
  
  
• Delivery of all pertinent medical records to the examining physician prior to the scheduled examination. This includes the medical records, claim file information, radiology report(s), accident information etc., organized as required for effective review.
